Lovely place to have ice creams. Especially there is a stick ice cream which is really awesome along with toppings. Staffs are very calm and composed. They are not allowing to take the stick ice creams to home because it will melt immediately so have fun in that ice cream parlour itself. Ice creams which come along with a box of ice packs so that it doesn't melt. The taste is pretty good and prices are comparatively cheaper as to what I expected them to be. They come along with a small note and a chalk for the customer to write their own messages on the cake, so definitely that idea caught me. Worth the money. Just one disadvantage, make sure you refrigerate it or "store in a cool dry area" as our cake melted the next day and we couldn't eat any further.

Pricey but worth it. This isn't your average icecream parlour. It's more of a gourmet handcrafted icecream experience. The place is always maintained at a very chilly temperature so be warned about that if you go when it is cool outside. I'm sure the place is a treat in summer though. Still have many more flavours to try out.

Sea Salt Caramel Pecan And Cotton Candy Is A Personal Favorite Of Mine From Their Exquisite Menu. Pretty Much All Of Their Branches Look The Same With The White Table & Interiors And A Few Graphics On The Wall So There's Not Much To Say About Their Ambience. You'll Probably Be In Any Of Their Branches For A Maximum Of 20-30 Minutes.

Customers who come here, though seemingly educated, do not have common courtesy and manners. They park in the middle of the narrow street although there is space to park in the sides of the street. Some of them hog space at the counter even after choosing their options. And lastly, they leave their paper bowls after eating on the tables even though there is a dust bin around. Fortunately, even though the staff are lesser in number, compared to other stores, they are very accommodative. They were courteous and quickly corrected themselves to adapt to the mistakes of the customers, cleaned the tables and helped us have a good time.
