My goto place for a quick and whole satisfied light dinner ...their thattu idly and sambar is just Yumm...my regular order. And their kara dosa is another highlight for the spicier tastes.

Amazing food and amazing variety but just make sure you don't go late Because sometimes due to too much customers the Sambhar gets over ... Except that everything is nice!!

Our short notice dinner spot. It is a self service place and only standing is possible. They have this podi thattu idli which is super awesome. Though it is priced at ₹45 per piece, it is worth every rupee. They have vareity of dosas as well and my favorite is the Kara Dosa.

5 star is for thattu idli.. definitely must try in chennai.. if u go on weekend it will be busy and wait is must.
Place is not clean and tidy , traffic busy road, parking issues though, kitchen also looks a bit unhygienic but all for just tasty thattu idli.. rest nothing great about that place.. usual dosas and some sandwiches..will go again and again for those idlis...

Very tasty thattu idly with ghee podi n accompanied by 2 chutney n sambar. It's selling like hot cake literally hot idly. Small eat out, street food. I visited on Sunday night n it was full. Another favourite is Mysore masala dosai- they have many variants in dosai, but mysore masala dosai is customers favourite. Prices nominal. One thattu idly with ghee podi Rs.45.00.

Excellent thattu idly....the also masala on their masala dosas is a little different...and its s little spicy....too much crowd and disorganized take away counter...would suggest the management to introduce a token system so that each customer gets his food in a systematic way..take away or stand n eat outside the food joint...must try ..very good taste.

Best place for variety dosas, one dosa is big enough for two people, for thattu idly go to kanappa thattu idli just one step near it, both are same shop with different names, you can eat inside, there are few table and chairs.

It's quite funny since the same management of Vaishnava Thattu idly has 2 idly fast food centres with 3 different name boards 😂
Nevertheless the variety and taste they offer is one of the best in Chennai. 1 less star since this newly opened fast food centre could have been an Air conditioned one but it isn't. Wish they make it air conditioned in future. And the menu is quite limited which is good though.
