However, the Lemon Mint failed to meet expectations, lacking the refreshing quality anticipated. A significant downside was the cleanliness issue with the washbasin, detracting from the overall dining experience. Regrettably, a concerning incident occurred when the main person taking our order subtly requested tips. While tipping is discretionary, the expectation felt somewhat ingrained, raising discomfort. This stands out as the primary negative point, suggesting a potential need for improvement in the approach towards gratuities. Despite this, Bubari Hotel stands as a good choice for its location, delectable Chicken 90, and efficient service, with room for enhancement in certain areas.

Buhari established in 1951, exudes a vintage charm that adds to its unique character. The recent renovation has elevated its ambiance, creating a visually appealing dining space. The menu boasts distinctive flavors, showcasing a culinary journey that spans decades. The experience comes with notable drawbacks. Despite the rich history, the portion sizes are disappointingly small, leaving diners wanting more. This, coupled with the exorbitant prices, creates a dissonance between the dining experience and its value. While the renovation enhances the aesthetics, the overall value proposition falls short. Despite the flavorful journey and pleasing ambiance, the restaurant may struggle to justify its steep prices and limited portions, making it a choice for special occasions rather than regular dining.

My favourite restaurant in Mount road. Will often visit there for dinner. The service can’t beat by any other, also the food taste will be mouth watering. The price are little high than other branches since this is the main first Branch and taste recipes will be completely different style. They don’t accept online or 3rd party delivery options. Ground floor is of non AC and Bakery is also attached to the restaurant ground floor. AC dining will be on first floor. Love for their welcome drink(Grape juice) never ends. Always request them to provide an extra cup. Simply it’s one of the best restaurant in Mount road.

we went to the mughals buhari restaurant on the right side of the buhari restaurant and the ambience is too good and feels like royal …with the design and structure they have on the 3rd floor….the food was also very fresh and they make it fresh and the serving was very nice too…Especially the mutton biryani the one of the best i had in recent times during my travel in different countries…tried the kesari falooda… in veg we tried falafal with hummus which is awsome and fresh too…little expensive than the one we have from buhari

Overall very good! Mutton biryani is the best here. Long grain basmati rice with a good balance of spices and adequate chunks of mutton accompanied by raita and a traditional accompaniment. The service was very courteous and timely. When the staff respects the elderly, it reflects very positively on the management of the establishment and Buharis went an extra mile to ensure our comfort! The desert we ordered was Peach Melba which was sumptuous and delicious. Overall an iconic foodie destination in Chennai delivered a delightful experience!
