Pandian Restaurant

The food was so so yummy and the staff working there were so friendly and the hospitality was so good. They aren't money minded at all as they asked us repeatedly for extra gravy too which never happens in other big hotels. Sooo delicious food we had there. Dosa and chicken chettinad was tasty and the service was very very fast. Really appreciable. Great! Non veg lovers will definitely love this place. The washroom was not clean.

Original Pandian hotel. About 30 years old this is. Recently renovated. Good parking space. They've got Pandian for Non Veg lovers, Balaji Ganesh is the next building for Veg lovers and separate Pandian coffee bar. All 3 runs on back to back buildings. Service is excellent and super fast. Taste is authentic Chettinad. Some dishes are quite spicy. Quantity is decent . Prices are slightly higher for the ambience. Meals is definitely worth it. Biriyani is priced high and the taste doesn't justify it. Little betterment in hygeine and price would give it a 5 star review

Food was neatly packed and was hygienic too. Taste was authentic and cost was nominal. Quantity and quality of food, both were good. Biryani was mild spicy, children will like it too. Restaurant was not that much family friendly and could see only bachelors and group of friends dining in. Few families who arrived after us were moving in directly into AC hall, which I guess might be suitable and comfortable for ladies and families to dine in. Recently tried dine in too. Everything we ordered was good and tasty. One suggestion is like they can improve the way they serve food in bowls to the table, as I could feel it's spilled outside and around the bowl, many people might not like it.

It's situated at Chennai - Bengaluru highways at the main road itself next to Karuppati Coffee and halwa kadai. We four ordered, Chicken and mutton soup only available was good in taste. As starters Fish finger, Vanjaram fish fry and tandoori half quantity. Except Vanjaram other starters are semma taste. Main course we ordered mutton biriyani, Naan and Paaya along with Booti (my favourite) all are delight full taste as like as Home made .. final touch with Goli soda. Must try once stop by NH and taste the food for sure. Much recommend.

Very nice Chettinad hotel. Food here has its own unique taste and the restaurant is so popular in this area. I will definitely call it a non veg paradise for those who love country side food. Cost wise, it is definitely affordable and the restaurant is always crowded during peak hours of dining time throughout the day.it also has an a/c section on the first floor. The hotel is good for family, groups as well as single dining. The restaurant has also a separate take away counter and that makes it much easier for not making people wait for a long time. Lot of tasty food is present here. I had visited number of times whenever my mood goes for a country side food. Chicken Biryani, non veg meals, Chicken Chettinad, fish fry, nethili fry, egg curry, omelet, and many more items I have given a try and had always been satisfied! Just because of the ambience, I had reduced one star to the rating.
