Cake Square

I had ordered a Krishna themed cake for my daughter's birthday. I had my custom requirements and they brought the required outlook in mostly fresh cream and minimal use of fondant. Mr.Dinesh patiently answered my queries and attended to all details that I had given. I was hesitant since the Google reviews were not good, but they assured me that they will meet the expectations and did a good job. Extremely pleased with the service and very happy with the outcome- both taste and look. Thank you Dinesh, cake square and team.

I Ordered piñata cake and really liked the outcome of the cake.. it was exactly like I asked from the Internet... loved it... the only issue I had with them was the communication, the order was taken by other person where he is not ready to hear me fully because of other calls... I asked them about the cake kg inside the piñata , they told me 1kg then while delivering the 1 kg is calculated for whole piñata so cake was very small... the person who is taking order is not telling the cake designers properly anything... I even updated some things where he haven’t told the cake designers. And also couldn’t connected to the shop... so my request is to hear what clients need and deliver request to cake designers properly.

Cake square did the best job with my baby's cake. It was a special event for us and cake square made the cake exactly as we requested. We contacted them on phone first and the rest of our communication was through WhatsApp. They agreed to make a 2Kg eggless mango cake with animal molds on it. The cost was Rs 3500 (comparable to other places). They did not miss out on any specifications we mentioned. The cake was ready for pick up right on time. The taste was good. They sent pictures of the cake after it was ready and offered to correct something if needed before pick-up.
