A typical chettinad style restaurant to go along with your family. We tried mutton biriyani, chicken 65, kumbakkarai varutha kozhi, chettinad mutton gravy, parotta, chicken biryani and goli soda. The biriyani was light, flavourful and goes very well with the salna. Chicken 65 is one of the best I've tried. Crispy outside and totally juicy inside. The coating outside is perfect. Kumbakkarai varutha kozhi is kind of ok ok. Chettinad mutton gravy was perfectly spicy and goes very with the flaky parotta. The ambience is good but the seatings are like limited and packed. Would definitely go again to try their other dishes..

Location is right in middle of heart of the city. Very next Gemini bridge. Good space for parking, valet parking available. Traditional authentic Ambience , warm welcome at the entrance. Good space for couples till big bunch of gang. V dine in for lunch with bunch of 15+ppl . The way they took care of us was simply awesome. Great caring. Quick serving. Last minute v planned for cake cutting. They helped us in getting cake and organized a small cake cutting. All Ppl who served us all did it with a beautiful smile. Simple superb. Much appreciated. That is Wat v expect. Actually v felt like bring in home. Thanks a lot for making this happen. For whole bunch of Ppl they took special care to each and every request.And happily served. Coming to food. The best briyani I had in recent times. Seraga samba rice and authentic flavour. And the aroma simply awesome. I tasted natukozi Briyani, prawn briyani, mutton briyani. Each tasted really nice. The gravy, the fry the sweet and adding to it all served in banana leaf with reasonable price. That added more kind of home stuff. Taste was really really good. Overall wanna taste a typical authentic food with feel like home kind of atmosphere. Then this is the best place to dine in with ur family and friends. You will enjoy it. I had the Kumbakarai Virundhu... Complete non-veg meals that render the taste of Chettinad linger in Ur tongues till it was washed away with traditional *panakkam* followed by kadla burfi and vetalai... The best part about the place is the service... While the owner himself greets and welcomes all the guests, the staff take care of every possible need even before u can ask for! A staff actually made the vetalai for me...
