First of all a huge huge thank you to the entire staff headed by two people Mr Shanmugam and Mrs Devi. We have celebrated our sons 5th Birthday where around 60 people were there with 20 kids and each one of them had a fantastic time. From the welcome drinks to the starters to the main course to the desserts every single dish was appreciated and delicious. Kids had a special menu and they had a blast. Though we had a set menu we did offer everyone a la carte menu as well. The service was fantabulous, with timely and very well organised team. A huge huge thank you to each one of them ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Will spread in word to each one of them around if looking for small gathering's .

Chillies @ Phoenix mall is one of our favourite places to dine ! The food and ambiance of course is great no doubt , but what makes this place truly special is the spectacular service! Today after a terrible experience at the Hamley’s store at Phoenix with a rude staff, we decided to head to Chillies to cool ourselves down and were welcomed with such warmth, it truly lifted our spirits. Ms. Rajalakshmi who had waited on us once before on our last visit, immediately recognised us and even remembered what we had ordered the last time ! Now that’s what I call great customer service! Kudos to whoever employed her ! Please continue to encourage your staff to treat customers with such warmth, it’s truly refreshing !

Food ok. But if you are looking for rice based options they are very less options almost 1-2 that’s all. Tacos are good. Snack plate average. Chicken breast pieces are bit dry and coating for crisps and chicken not that great. The food is bit bland don’t get caught up by the name chillies. But if your looking for Mexican cuisine with a bit of less spicy it’s a great place.
