The order was wrong after opening the container. No sweet potato fries. The burger was no mayo, there was mayo. The 2nd order the burger was burnt and dry. The wings and chips order had the very bottom of the wings were there isn’t any meat. The was the worse oder ever. And we drove over 25 mins one way to pick it up. Horrible. Still waiting for Katie the manager to give a full refund as promised.

Been wanting to try Red Robin forever and finally had the opportunity to stop in for a late lunch/early dinner. From the moment we asked the hostess for a table, I had a bad feeling this was going to be a weird experience. The dining room was nearly empty, but we still had to wait about ten mins to be seated until the waiter returned from their break. Once we were seated, we ordered our drinks and ended up waiting nearly 20 mins for them to come out. The waiter came over and said he would be checking on our drinks and in the meantime took our food orders. The service was all over the place and honestly really terrible. At one point a waitress came over and just left a cup of thousand island dressing on our table as if we had ordered it? So strange. We weren’t given any napkins or silverware, despite our requests. I ended up taking a stack of napkins I spotted across the dining room on a random ledge, but no silverware ever made it to our table. The bathroom was also pretty disgusting and the floor was slippery. It just seems like a really unkempt place with no communication between anyone working there.
The food itself was definitely satisfying. I had the mad love burger and garlic fries with a side of campfire sauce. Everything was cooked to my liking and very flavorful. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well, it was just super disappointing to have horrible service.

Lunch was OK. Good if you aren’t expecting anything fantastic. Garlic fries were a bit too greasy. The bottomless salad is OK, though you only get very small portions each time (slightly bigger than the size of a cup of soup). I had a veggie burger that wasn’t too bad. It certainly won’t beat a veggie burger from Harvest Seasonal Grill, but then again you aren’t paying for fantastic tasting , healthy cuisine.
The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and there is plenty of handicapped parking. Staff was fairly friendly. I would not normally go out of my way to eat at Red Robin, nor do I normally eat fast food, but it was convenient place for my friend and I to meet for a quick meal and chat.

Very busy, and now I know why! Best burger I’ve had in a couple years!!! Great staff. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant.

I went a couple months ago with a party of 8 to celebrate our friends birthday. This was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Our waitress was extremely unprofessional. She kept climbing on our table and making remarks that made the whole table uncomfortable. I never got her name but she appeared to be of (Indian or middle eastern decent). If the service wasn’t enough to ruin the dinner, the food took well over an hour to arrive and our order wasn’t even correct. 3/8 burgers had to be sent back because they were extremely cold and not the burgers we ordered. After sending them back it was another hour wait and the restaurant was already closing. The staff did give us free icecream which was considerate. Hopefully it’ll be better next time.

The food was amazing and the service was great everyone was so friendly. My husband got the monster burger which he loved I got the California Chicken Sandwich which was delicious. We also shared the pretzel bites mozzarella sticks and wings everything tasted amazing

I ordered curbside pick up, & when I arrived parked in curbside parking & called the number given 3 times. No one answered, so I went in, & everyone was in the back hanging out. When I mentioned them not answering the phone, they said their was a problem with the line. Which was a lie because I had to call 10 minutes later when I got home & had things missing. Also couldn't even eat the clam soup because it smelled foul, like rotten fish & looked like vomit. & they gave us burnt pretzel bites. The last few times have been nothing but bad food & poor service! I will no longer eat food from them.

Luke was an energetic and bubbly server. He got everything we needed in a timely manner. He remained professional at all times and made sure we felt comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly. He even dressed up for Disney day “dipper”. Will be back hope to have luke again!
