Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was delicious, the service was good; but the guy in front of me, my friend, got extra steak as well as I did. His total was like 10 bucks mine was 4.50 more. I got charged 5 dollars more for the same bowl as the guy in front of me. This little detail made me feel like I was being targeted and I didn't appreciate that

This location is atrocious. I visited today, and the whole staff is a mess. I didn’t mind waiting, in line, but you could tell that other 20-25 people (that’s right. 20-25 people were waiting in the store for mobile or in person orders) weren’t happy. Not only did the staff seem very lackadaisical, but also their idea of one portion is absurd. I could still see the bottom of my bowl. When I mentioned that the meal was sparse, I received a snooty answer back. I still requested more, and once the girl came back with my food, she left it on the counter and walked away...I probably stood there for a good 2 minutes until another worker came up to me and asked how I could be helped. I stated I wanted to pay for my food....the total came to $13.11! I paid $13.11 for a barely half filled burrito bowl. I won’t be returning to this location!

I never leave reviews but this one deserves a Zero. This chipotle is absolutely terrible. Took more than hour to prepare my order for delivery. When I went in person no one looked like they knew how to do their job. No one answered the phone it just rang as if they were ignoring it. Workers are also very unprofessional. Won’t be back. I also find it insane how so many ppl are leaving terrible reviews about the same thing and nothing has yet to be done about it. If you want good food and a better experience please don’t come here.

I have good and bad experience yesterday bad is guy who attended to me make my burrito he make the wrap like bow honestly he need to learning how make burrito but he's partner fix for me very good 👍 . I just don't want offense anybody but plz training and practice everyday will make better .sorry if he feel bad but he get mad and left . I hope my comment help to the manager check your workers and make better job ,training... thanks to the guy fix my burrito 🌯
