Rossi's Liquors

Gotta go to Rossi's any time you're near. There's plenty of great bars around but this specifically feels like the last lively divey actual rocker bar, the others are all different like sports bars or somethin and here I feel comfortable in my Cannibal Corpse tshirt. Always a good full crowd round Riot Fest season. Cash only and this Old Style was a 5er. One bartender and one bouncer. Sign of a good dive - no food, just drinks. One of those places you hope never closes.

Sweet dive we stumbled across. We liked the required vax card to get in or a neg COVID test. Fun vibe and really great employees with great service. We learned a little history of the bar from the doorman, it has a great story behind it. Ice cold beers and nicely poured shots. Definitely would return!

Great place. Kind of a neighborhood dive bar in the shadows of the downtown skyscrapers. I was there on St Patrick's day weekend and the place was packed but there was no problem getting served every time. People near the bar were always nice and let is in to order. They often engaged in conversation with us and made a few new friends while there. The staff were right on top of it when people wanted to order. They also engaged in conversation occasionally. Between the conversations we had with the staff and the customers it was a breath of fresh air from most of the other bars in the area that just wanted the tills to ring and thats it. I go to a bar to interact as well as drink. I could stay home and drink if I wanted to not have to talk to the bartender. Rossi's is perfect for that. Reminds me of taverns in my hometown of LaCrosse, WI. Drinks were fair priced and were a fair pour as well.
