Me and my husband have brought our family to Chicken and waffle on multiple occasions, and that’s just when we feel like sharing. I appreciate black people loving and enjoying each other and this is DEFINITELY the vibe! The food is seasoned and cooked beautifully and the music is very much a 90’s r&b vibe. The service is just outstanding! Thanks for all that you do, YAH bless!!!

My wife and I decided to visit as many of our friends and acquaintances have high regard. I enjoyed our visit and my meal was decent. It is awesome to know that breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are available all day. I chose to have fried chicken, collard greens, yams, and dressing. Everything was delicious 😋. However, the dressing was a bit bland and lacked the typical aromatics such as onion, sage, and poultry seasoning. I will give the restaurant 8 out of 10.

The service was EXCELLENT, considering we came in with a party of 6 (one being a baby in a stroller). We were seated fairly fast, and the food was delicious and hot. Our servers were attentive, and the manager was very friendly.
The only room for improvement was the restroom cleanliness. But that wouldn't stop me from coming back.

The food was good but the chicken was cold. It wasn’t as hot as it could’ve been and I usually prefer my chicken to be Piping hot the sides were hot though we also wanted grilled chicken but that had to be replaced and stayed with fried chicken because they ran out also only having two drink choices of sierra mist, or fruit punch. I wanted a strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately there was nothing else to drink but other than that, the atmosphere was top-notch the music was on point and the clientele is friendly would definitely recommend going back for the chicken and waffles. If it’s not good, you’ll be hearing from me again but I’m sure it will be stay updated.

I met a friend 30 minutes before closing. The food came like 5 minutes after we ordered so that might be a new hack of mine 😄😄😄. I ordered the should fix plate The catfish was old so they made me chicken wings and they were 🔥🔥🔥

A random find, but so glad we stopped in. Everyone was really friendly and the food was fantastic. The waffles are fresh and delicious and the chicken is so tender. I got mine smothered and the gravy was delicious. Hubby was thrilled they had gizzards on the menu and it was a huge serving too.

Immaculate Black American comfort food. No complaints at all for the kitchen. Southern style Collars Greens, quick seasoned Fried Chicken, Cajun gravy Red Beans and Rice… with meat in all the veg. Vegans look elsewhere 🫠
Slight hiccups on service (~25-40min order to table), and this was on a slower day. On weekends expect to wait ~30min to be seated.

Nice place, the food tasted good and the servers where nice.
Only bad experience was when I needed to pay and they told me that it’s only cash since there is some issue with the card reader, luckily I had cash on me but I was short 50cents and I couldn’t tip the server.

Busy Saturday afternoon. 10-minute wait for a table. Service was brisk. The food was hot. I wanted coffee but I was informed that they did not have coffee service at the moment and they were looking for a new vendor. Overall the food hit the spot my waffles were a little tough around the edges though.
