State Restaurant & Cafe

We came for the extra loaded milkshakes. I love puns and nods to Bob's burgers and this restaurant has both. We got the "choc it to me" shake and it was enormous, so chocolate filled and amazing. It was a lot but my partner and I did finish it. I got chicken tenders and we shared onion rings so I could save room for milkshake. The chicken tenders were kind of dry but seasoned well, I really came for the milkshake so it was fine. Service was fast and the drinks were good too. There was some kind of event going on that seemed to take most of the attention. We left full and happy

The Cutest little spot! We sat in the patio withe the autumn breeze, in the coziest courtyard covered in ivy. Unique frame mirrors nestled within the ivy. Comfortable patio furniture, Cafe tables with overhead patio lights would provide a great setting in the evening. CSK Single Burger on a brioche roll, beef patty was tender, flavorful, house sauce brought the whole burger together. Beef fat fries perfectly crispy, can taste the beef fat and salted/seasone Chicken Tenders was juicy and the batter was seasoned and fried to balance the chicken providing a burst of yes, thats is soooooo good. served with honey and a bar be que sauce. Onion Rings fried perfectly and flavorable. Choc it to me shake is just wow a truly fudgey experience. Definitely need to share to tame the chocolate invasion of the honor, chocolate cupcake, chocolate chip cookie sandwich, chocolate sticks and yeah the chocolate ice cream the is so decadent. Chocolate Shake so chocolately, thick, and perfectly served. Just reminds you of home. Chicken Little Sandwich is well served crispy gourmet sandwich with a sweet dill pickle. Everyone was happy with their selections definitely com8ng back to enjoy other goodies.

We tried the burgers, fries, onion rings, breakfast sandwich and chicken tenders. Everything was delicious but my one criticism is the burgers are a bit too sweet for me. I assumed it’s the cola onions but the pickles are on the sweet side too. Next time I’ll add some raw white onion. Onion rings were about as close to perfect as possible and a surprisingly large portion for the price. The tenders were excellent with a bold peppery bite. All the sauces were solid. Their premium thick-cut bacon is reason enough to return. Perfect place for a plate of beef fat fries and a beer on the patio.
