Everything went well so far, i had the pad Thai and it was a 6/10, they should definitely improve this dish

We went for an early lunch and the two ladies working couldn't have been nicer. Pasta cooked fresh, chicken, shrimp and after we'd finished, a side of chicken to go, to put with the leftovers. This was the first time I'd been to noodles and Co. Other restaurants have a lot to live u to.

The Noodles and Company at 1 South Franklin in Chicago has excellent customer service. The staff greet me by name and know my order. I always feel like a VIP at Noodles which is next door to my office. I want to thank the staff there who make me feel at home. Oh, and the food is great too!

Friendly staff. Fairly clean tables and quick service. The food was so good! If you want a quick bite, I highly recommend this place. I had the Alfredo, and it was delicious.

Standard fare for the chain. Clean restaurant. Lots of small tables.
Courteous and helpful staff.
Food was ready quickly and as ordered. Drink machine was spotty for diet colas, but otherwise ok. Plastic bowls, plastic utensils even for dine-in.
Open Saturday and Sunday, which is a big plus.

Fairly small restaurant. It was clean and they had music playing. Staff was very accommodating. The food was made fresh to order. The guy at the counter forgot our Pot Stickers until we reminded him. We were then asked if we wanted something free as a result of the inconvenience.
