Nando's Peri-peri

Gentlemen that greeted us said he would check on us shortly after being seated. He returned only after we finished the meal. Food was brought out within a reasonable time. Fresh and tender thigh bowl was my choice, highly recommend that entree ! Will visit again and sample the very tempting appetizers. Staff was friendly and professional. Prices very reasonable especially as a healthier alternative !

This is by far one of my favorite go to restaurants in the South Loop area. The food never disappoints and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate any scenario. I accidentally placed an office order for pick-up instead of delivery and the manager Norma went out of her way to personally come and drop it off!! Me and the staff cannot thank her enough. This has been one of our regular spots when we order lunch for the staff and will only continue to stay that way.

Really enjoyed our dinner at #nandos We ended up bringing few family members with us who ordered other amazing items from the menu. The peri-peri chicken breast hit the spot at medium heat. Chicken breast pita came filled with juicy pieces of chicken and variety of vegetables. Chicken breast sandwich was very good. We tried all of the sauces available to spice things up. Our hosts were super kind and we received a great goody bag during our Yelp experience. Ordering is very easy, we used the barcode located on the center display. All orders were delivered to our table. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant in the south loop has a large dinning room area. Free parking (with validation) is available in the parking garage below.

My first time at Nando's and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the Thigh Mighty Sandwich with Peri Chips (their version of fries) and a pineapple lemonade. The sandwich was so good. It's juicy tender and checks all the right boxes lol. I'm not sure how they prepare their chicken but all it needed was a crunch. Maybe leave some of the skin so you get a solid crunch when you bite the sandwich. I picked mango lime as my heat level because I didn't know what that meant lol. It was tasty and I'm curious about the other heat levels. The Peri fries are solid, they isn't really anything special about them but they do the job. I was gonna criticize them on the pineapple lemonade because at first I felt it was too tart. However after I kept drinking it, the lemonade balances out well. I do think it needs a splash of sugar. I really loved the portion of the sandwich and fries. It was perfect as something to eat before work and not fill too full. Definitely want to go back to Nando's and try some other menu options.
