This place is so good, hands down the best seafood I’ve ever had the privilege of experiencing in the whole city. This place is SO GOOD IN FACT… I have a mild shellfish allergy and I still roll the dice with this place. Id sign a consent form if I had to. Get your hands dirty, get the cocktails, enjoy the food. I was recommended this place from a friend of a friend, the location reminds me of a small mom and pop restaurant. Since I love seafood I decided to go all out and order the Alegrias Special and boy it did not disappoint. I will definitely recommend and return in the future. Everything about it was cooked/boiled to perfection and the flavors were spot on. Customer service was superb. Also you can BYOB They prepare drinks but they don't sell Alcohol.

Food service, all was super good we were 5 ppl and all shear our plate every single item was at the top of all seafood i have ever had, i eaten seafood in all west south and east coast and by far this is the best. One thing will be useful to know is that they do NOT sale alcohol BUT,, they allowed you to bring your own, what we did we went to a super convenient liquor store next door and bout our drinks, the restaurant can provide you with the ice bucket to keep your beer cold, how cool is that! ask to have your food cooked with the Cucaracha sauce, you will thank me later.

Always delicious. I have been going here for many many years. I've probably requested to go here for my birthday more than any other restaurant. Always great service and excellent seafood. The Nayarit style is the best. BYOB. I recommend splurging for the king crab, it's worth it. Get garlic bread to dip in the sauce. I'm hungry just thinking about it.

This is a small place with lotsa flavor!! The waitress we had was very attentive. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I gave it a 4 star for atmosphere because there were many people going in to use the restroom. My daughter ordered quesadilla with beef, fries and guacamole. I ordered Filete con Mariscos, this dish has mushrooms with cheese fish and other seafood. MMM Good!! First time eating here while in Chicago and I would definitely recommend this place for Mexican food.

One of the best seafood restaurants within the Wicker Park neighborhood. Their large shareable seafood dinner (4-6) is absolutely fulfilling. Everything was cooked to perfection, nothing was too salty or undercooked. I definitely was not disappointed about this restaurant. The service here was good and attentive. This place does get busy, but once you get seated and squared away, the food here is worth it.
