Mcdonald's

Pros: excellent location, large area, very bright room, food (I’m not talking now about the healthfulness, only that the taste is always normal and corresponds to the product you buy). Cons: periodically there are untrustworthy individuals sitting around the building, often difficulties with ordering (the terminal does not work or there are no locators). However, from McDonald's, this is one of my favorite restaurants.

What I always used to enjoy for a quick lunch at McD’s was a fish sandwich and an ice cream sundae. When I asked for that yesterday, the manager looked at me as if I had ordered roast hedgehog. No, we don’t have sundaes, he told me. And no fish sandwiches either. Neither one was on the order kiosk. But here on your website you claim to serve both. Do you guys communicate with your franchisees? For sure you aren’t communicating with your would-be customers.

This McDonalds is one of the nicest in the city. It's connected to a Noodles and Company and the decor is way more modern than a typical McDonald's. It's got a muted brown and khaki color pallet and almost all the ordering is done via mobile or on a kiosk. No drive-through though, and it doesn't have the best seating options in the store. Also I'm not sure they had the A/C on when I was there, which they def needed it bc looking around everyone was sweating. I d go back but wouldn't dine , just pick up .

I found the service prompt, and all the cashiers both cordial and very friendly. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the staff could be seen cleaning ceaselessly during the time, that I was in the restaurant; but as with any service-orientated business, sometimes mistakes are made with regards to an orders, but when it is brought to the attention of the staff, they will always endeavor to "make it right", with a smile and an apology. To sum it all up, no, it's not "fine dining", but if you are looking for good fast food, great service, then I would recommend this McDonald's to you.
