Cafe Sushi

This is our Favorite Sushi Place! During the years we kept ordering from them (mostly once a month or two.) because the sushi here are so good! I'm glad they were able to stay in business after the pandemic. We dined in here Feb. 12, 2022 for our Valentine's date. It's still Bring your own drinks. There are new sushi rolls that was added and they kept the old menus too. We love our all timed favorite Hawaiian Maki Rolls, Sahara rolls, Unagi Negiri, Gyoza (vegetarian gyozas), Miso Soup, Dragon rolls. Then we added other sushi rolls everytime we ordered. TIP- Please dial their Phone number directly on your phone when you order. For some weird reasons, when you clicked it directly from Google it doesn't connect to call. The number still works. That's what we call to order all the time. STILL - The best BYOB sushi place in town. Must try!

I'm from Asia country, so I really know the sushi's taste. I've been several sushi restaurants in Chicago, but they didn't satisfy me well. Café sushi located in heart of Old town in Chicago which is really great location. Especially, this sushi restaurant have a great rice taste and the sushi rolls were SO delicious! and Also, the service was great too. I can't wait to go back!!!

Been going here for 15 years. Staff is always very friendly. Great bang for the buck BYOB spot in Old Town. Spicy Tuna has always been my fav. Never had another spicy tuna quite like it. Good stop before going out after to The Second City, River North, lakefront, or just another bar in Old Town. Love the BYOB aspect. Not too many in Old Town I don't think. Patio is great when it's warm.
