The best mock tails I have ever had - anywhere, ever. I would go back just for them. The staff there is fantastic and very very kind. The food was very tasty, and following the servers’ recommendations was a very good idea. Some dishes were better than others, I’d ask your server.

This place has been on my list of restaurants to visit for a year and I'm so glad I finally made it in. The drinks where delicious and creative and the food was so tasty that we ate way too much of it! Our server, Christina, was super attentive the entire time we were there and provided excellent service. We will return for their happy hour which looked like a great deal.

The food was great, everything tasted fresh. Had numerous seafood dishes that were quite fresh, pretty pumped about that. The decor and overall vibe was cool, very different in a good way. The service on the other hand could have been much better. My girlfriend and I almost got the sense we were't welcome. Not one to complain, but did not appreciate that aspect of the experience. Overall pretty good, not sure if there's a reason to go back. I would try at least once.

Went here for Valentine’s Day. They were overwhelmed and food was a bit slow, but everyone was extremely nice and apologetic along the way and they took care of us in the end. We will absolutely be back. Food was amazing, best desserts I’ve had in years and salad with truffle was a nice twist that made the night. Cocktails were 🔥🔥🔥

Hands down, Bar Biscay's tasting menu was the best food-related experience I've had in Chicago. Fantastic dishes, impeccable cocktail and wine pairings, and genuinely enthusiastic conversation with the chefs as they went about their work. I do not have the words to adequately express how amazing the night was, and hope to go back as soon as I possibly can.
*Bar Biscay's sous/pastry chef Claire was especially wonderful, and helped to make the night extra wonderful for us.

I am so happy this cute little joint is in the neighborhood. I have stopped in a few times and had a great experience every time. The food is delicious and I love that I have the option to keep it light and stick to the fresh seafood options, or take it up a notch and get a little richer with dishes like the Oxtail! The drinks are strong and tasty and the best part is the ambiance, with a Miami kind of vibe and fun staff, I know this will be my neighborhood go-to this winter!

amazingly well decorated and catered restaurant/bar. the wine menu is super super solid, and there is vermouth (2 kinds) on tap. the manchego cheese is inappropriately good, and you should be alerted that it may bring on strong sensations of passion towards cheese you've never thought possible.
