I went in 1 hr before closing and the staff was truly amazing!!! Sometimes when you go into places that’s about to close they are tired and ready to go! NOT THIS PLACE KeKe was so great, polite, and kind to me. She educated me in the food ( I’m from MN) it was my first time in. I mean every staff there tonight was pleasant and gave me an amazing experience. My food is delicious and my falafel were fresh. I would be back and recommend to anyone in the area!

I used to love this restaurant. Back then, each time we would visit or any time we go in Hyde Park and if we wanted Mediterranean food this place is literally our go to place just simply because it is a lovely restaurant with nice ambiance, great customer service and affordable and definitely delicious foods but lately, we visited the restaurant again and it is not the same as before and some things did definitely change. We ordered two different bowls for takeout and I was surprised to know the price of everything we got which was unexpected because I really know this place as one of the most affordable spots in the area. I did not complain and just paid everything. Then, I was already home when I ate it and no doubt it is good, every single veggie in it is fresh and it is just all in all well-seasoned and delicious however the price of it is definitely not worth it for those two bowls we got even if it is good and I would definitely prefer some good fast food than paying for like a twice as the price of the food.

My go to for healthy, colorful and tasty on the South Eastside ...I didn't even know I liked beets or lentils until I ate it from here. I make my own bowl and get a lil bit of everything. Half and half on the saffron rice and cauliflower rice, half and half on the chicken and spicy steak, go crazy with the veggies extra beets though, lemon kale on the side let me get all that goodness, sprinkle chickpeas and sunflower seeds, garlic and red pepper sauce add me a warm pita and a hibiscus 🌺 tea . I could eat this at least 2wice a week. My blood pressure always appreciates this meal 🖤

Superb customer service, the manager takes time, care, and consideration in making sure that staff provide a pleasant healthy dining experience. Ordering healthy well prepared food like cauliflower rice, lamb balls or salmon kabobs offer a delicate and aromatic feast of the Mediterranean the chicken is delicious as well.. The menu is vast as you can combine your preferences any way you like. I could eat here daily. Stop in order a healthy lunch enjoy the dine-in, takeout or patio experience. Dont forget the cooling lemonades and a cookie to top off your Roti experience

Roti is an amazing restaurant and my favorite go to for Mediterranean food, but this location seems to consistently mess up my orders. Perhaps it's because I'm ordering online as opposed to going in the store, and maybe that will provide me with a different experience, but over the past year on the different occasions I've ordered I have ended up with entire entrees being missing, add-ons being missed or the meal being completely incorrect altogether. The quality of the food has consistently been good when I order, and when I do get it right I enjoy it, but either the systems need to be updated or the additional care needs to be taken in reading incoming orders that do come in, because it is not simply an isolated event at this point. If you want food from here, go in and order it directly. Hopefully they won't mess it up so that you can enjoy it.

Im giving this Roti 1 star for many reasons. Be careful where you eat. Three of my coworkers and myself caught food poisoning from this establishment today. I'm not sure if they left their food sitting out too long or didn't properly wash their utensils. I have yet gotten better and we all feel like death was knocking on our door. I will be reporting this place to the health dept with the city. No one should be getting ill. Roti if you see this take note.
