Nice bar but the customer service is not the best at all! To start with I ordered I draft beer and they gave me another one without my consent, and it was completely different from what I ordered. The bartender messed up the bill and charged my bill and someone’s else bill in my credit card. During the process for refund the money they didn’t manage to do so in their system and I left with any receipt that the money would be refund. The manager tried to call the charging company but also didn’t seem to be very sure of what was happening. They didn’t seem to care about what happened and didn’t even tried to do a service recovery , which any decent place would do. I am a foreigner visiting Chicago and was recommended to go to this bar but the experience was definitely not good and when I am back to Chicago I won’t come back to this place and would definitely not recommend to any of my friends visiting Chicago. They should improve their customer service to 100%!

It is a cute bar. I go for the arcade games more so than the drinks (because im a weak drinker and strong gamer). The games themselves are fun though the tech definitely is worn (specifically UMK3 and Marv vs Capcom as they are joystick and because it's worn, gameplay can be very difficult) and playing is not an option when others would rather just sit in front of the games to enjoy their cocktails. Events are enjoyable, atmosphere nice, and the beverages solid.
