Harolds Chicken Shack

This particular experience deserves a 0 star, however I'm giving them 3 because this is the only time I've been disappointed out of the handful of times I've been there. I asked for "easy" mild sauce... instead they drenched my food. What you are seeing in the photos is an actual puddle of sauce and 3 pieces of fish completely disintegrated due to the overwhelming amount of sauce. I can't eat this. Does this look like easy sauce to anyone?

This was the worst chicken I have ever eaten in my life. The wings were small and cooked twice, no flavor. I should have known , I got my chicken in 5 minutes. Bad sign. The Cook was Rapping to snoop dog song. What sad is the place is very clean. I thought I would give them a shot. Never again.

I ordered from this location on UberEATS. I only got half of my order. I had to go to the restaurant and pick up the other half. The chicken was over cooked. This place was better when it was still Black owned! I won't be back. It's a shame to say that. I had patronized this place most of my life. Never again!

Food’s good, reasonable. I had the wings/fries/pop lunch special. Only complaint is the sauce is a little scarce, but maybe that’s on me. I’m sure they would’ve accommodated me if I asked for some more on the side...Reading other reviews, I must’ve come at the perfect time, because I had no problems with ordering. Never order from this Harold's! On 5/27/22 at 7:15p, I called to ask a question about something on their menu before I ordered via Uber Eats. The woman answered and stated "This is Harold's, come in and place your order," and then she hangs up the phone. I call back and she does it again. So I keep calling and calling until she let's me get a word in to ask my question. When she finally let's me speak she says "what's do you want, we are really busy here." Oh!! Don't worry you'll never get my money. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

I got food poison from this location. It was the last thing I ate and the first thing I the up the next morning, the afternoon and evening. I don’t recommend this location for NOTHING!! I should’ve went with my first mind when all that chicken was sitting up in those strainers. Don’t risk your life!
