Chavas Tacos

I simply loved this place. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. We ordered a steak burrito and the vegetarian tacos. The food didn’t disappoint. It was delicious. It wasn’t too salty as it is usually the case in restaurants. The salsas were a little too watery, so please Chavas make the salsa thicker. Other than that, we had an excellent experience. So I will be coming back for sure.

I had to come here after hearing about Chavas tacos on the radio station over and over! Highly highly recommended, super cute spot and food was served nice and warm. I opted to ordering the nachos de asada and let me tell you, big portion, well presented and delicious full of bursting flavors. My son opted for the tacos de lengua and I was a bit skeptical of his choice because a lot of people don’t cook it well but boy was I wrong, taco was soft and juicy with a lot of flavor, the tacos de birria as well very tasty. Highly recommend this 24 hour taco joint.

It was late at night and I was looking for a spot to buy something to eat, and a friend told me that this Mexican restaurant was open 24 hours. It was also near to the area where I was staying, so I then went here. It is just so nice that the restaurant is open 24 hours a day, and it really is. There were still customers other than me by the time I went there. There is also no line at the counter. The restaurant is also just a cute spot, but they have a very wide menu with a lot of different good Mexican food options. The staff behind the counter were not friendly, and I can just say that they were nice. I ordered a taco dinner for takeout. I was planning to eat at the place but decided not to for some reason. The service was pretty quick. The taco dinner consists of three tacos, and I specifically chose pastor for the meat, some rice, and beans. The tacos tasted good, and I just wished they put more meat on them. It is good, but it could definitely taste better if it had more meat on it, because the meat on the tacos was only a small portion. The rice and beans taste good as well. The service was good. The food could be better. The price of the taco dinner, considering the taste and the flavor of the food, is, I must say, expensive.

Good for a quick bite. Had the torta de carne asada plate with rice and beans, very tasty. Menu has good veggie / soy menu selections. Caters to the overnight folks cause they are open 24hrs. If you come on a sunny day look for the hidden outdoor patio in the back of the restaurant to enjoy the day with family and friends. Will definitely do a return trip. Two Thumbs Up!

This place is convenient and they bring out the food fast. Good vegetarian/vegan options. I got the veggie fajitas burrito and it came with beans and a bunch of veggies. My friend got the tacos with soy chicken, soy beef, and soy chorizo. They soy beef had a good texture but was lacking flavor! Soy chicken was okay and the soy chorizo was the best! The guac and chips are good, decent portion size!
