Placed an order on the app at 12:50pm. It's currently 2:05 and the order hasn't even been picked up yet and estimated delivery time continuously gets pushed out. Tried to call the store, goes straight to voicemail every time. No way to get in touch with anyone to cancel. Absolutely terrible and will never order from here again.

Absolute worst! Staff has the phone turned off and you'll be here for at least 30 minutes to get your food anywhere remotely near lunch time. And did I mention they have their phones off?

Jersey Mike's never has failed me since they came to Chicago.Long Ago. I love the fact that the subs come in 3 sizes . Their success also comes due to the great staff they seem to attract. The food is always high quality and doing the toppings "Mike's Way" gets you a great amount of vegetables .I think they make the best subs of any chain in Chicago and some independents as well. Happy eating at Mike's !!

The customer service was horrible. I ordered online like I usually do at least once a week. On the app it says go in look for your name at the counter pick up my order contactless. When I walked into the establishment, no customers waiting, no orders on the counter but mines. I look at the bag confirm its mines begins to walk towards the door. A black young man with one eye said put that back miss! I said this my on line order. He shouted you don't just come in here and grab an order. I said the app said contactless, I confirmed it was my order. I told him my name, the amount and what was in the bag. At this point another young white girl says don't worry about it to the young man. She then looked at me and said don't order from here no more. I said I can order from here If I want to. I was dressed in business attire. If they would have said can you confirm your order I would have had no problem. Both need customer service training they make your location look bad. Another young man was in the back he just shook his head because it was very rude and disrespectful.

Delicious and Fresh Subs in Reasonable rates. This place is really good and best for hangout with friends and family. I love the vibe this place offer and would love to recommend you all to give a try. Excellent staff and fast service no matter how busy this place gets.

The lady working behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She lied about how long the wait was for hot sandwiches, and we heard her say that to another employee. Everyone else working was professional but this lady ruined the experience for our whole group!

We split a giant, wanted one side of the sub to have no ham and in place put turkey. Guy acted like I was dumb and refused, said this is his store and he doesn't do that. I have went to many other stores in Michigan with no problem. If you want to customize your sub, don't go here.

Almost perfect, although I still give it 5 stars. The food is excellent and delicious. My only problem is the price. They are too damn expensive. But the quality of their subs are worth the price. But I still want them cheaper.
