Worst place to get food. Ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and a steak sandwich she calls out the order for pick up, mind you we are the only ones in there. They say good night and close the door and when we check our order this is what they gave us. $34.00 for a chicken salad. No one open the door when we tried to complain. Don’t waste your money at this place

I ordered lunch online and it took just over 2 hours to get my food. I called after 1 hour and they had no clue what was going on and my ordered was never started. Then an hour later when I still didn't have my food I called back and asked to speak with a manager and I was told that they didn't have one working. When I finally got my food they did not include any utensils. This was the first and last time I will order from Brandys.

“Rude staff.” “Cold, undercooked food.” “Pays no attention to dietary restrictions.” After waiting 1.5 hours for my delivery, which Brandys does themselves, not through an app- I received undercooked pork and a cold gyro full of everything I asked not to be on it……I literally asked for gyro meat on a pita w nothing else, no sauce, no onions, no tomato…. Just plain….. pretty easy?, right? Easy like making an estimated delivery time of 30 mins, right? Well, apparently not. We’ll see if they actually process my refund.

We were in the area for business and stopped in for lunch based on the reviews and delicious looking photos. The food did not disappoint! I had the Gyro sandwich and the creamy chicken and rice soup. The sandwich was amazing! Plenty of cucumber sauce. The soup was okay, but not much rice. My mom and my aunt both ordered the Italian Beef, but each got different sides. I tasted the sandwich as well as their sides of fries and the Greek salad. The sandwich was truly delicious. The salad and fries were also good. The people at the register were friendly. The ladies room was clean.

I pass this place all the time and tell myself I should try it. I end up forgetting I'm actually hungry. Honestly, I couldn't get myself to want to eat at a place called Brandy's; it sounds like a name of a bar . Anyway, I finally took the plunge tonight after a trip to Ace. I pass a driver as he exits, and he said hi and held the door. I'm not sure if he worked for them or Grubhub, but that was so nice. No one does that anymore, except me. I go in and start looking at their unexpectedly huge menu. After a minute, I get greeted by a nice cashier. I tell him that I've never been before as I try to take in everything... I found the combo menu and ordered the #1, a gyro sandwich with fries and a drink. I love gyros so that was an easy decision especially since they carve it fresh off the spit. I fill up my drink and a few minutes later my order was ready. The cook hands it to me and asks if I want napkins and ketchup. I say sure on the napkins. He hands me a bunch. The people are here super nice! I'll be a repeat customer just for that. I go home and finally get to eat. Then gyro was amazing. Not.only did they overfill with meat, it was so flavorful! The sauce was yummy. The tomato slices were thick and juicy. The fries were good too, but that gyro! I will go again and try other things. I might have to order the gyro a billion more times before I venture to another menu item though. They also have these slices of baklava the size of my foot. They were huge! I might have to try it one day when I feel like excessively cheating.
