Covid Review: With the business buildings around, I imagine this place is usually bustling at lunch time. But it is apparent that Covid has hit them by reducing hours (9-3 Weekdays, Closed Weekends) and the empty entrance at lunch hours. Though, it had more customers when the weather was warm and people sat outside. We go here for lunch often as it is convenient and tastes delicious. The prices are just about right for the nice quality ingredients and selection of healthy, green flavors - but do not fret, the meaty sandwiches and items are present for those of you who are concerned. The only concern was the labeling. This was our third or fourth trip, and on this order, every item was mislabeled. Or perhaps, not properly described. The quinoa kale salad had no quinoa, the lemon cake slice was actually coconut, and the cactus chili didn’t appear to have any cactus. But it was delicious! Hence the four stars. I sincerely hope they outlast this lack of customers (thanks covid), and continue to service the area. I do also hope they label their items correctly next time. I plan on using their fantastic arrangement of picnic items this Summer.

My recent trip was probably my third time eating here in the last 2 -3 years that I've worked in the area. I had the Chicken avocado club sandwich $9.5 and it was pretty darn good. Added a bag of chips as the side, didn't realize they were 99 cents for such a small bag 😅 they were good but over priced based on size. Salads seem to be reasonablely price 8 or 9 bucks per pound so you can get pretty loaded since it's a build your own 🥗 bar. IGers follow @T_lovesfood

When I worked near The Goddess and Grocer, I would go there every single day for lunch. I usually would get a cup of soup and a salad from the salad bar. The soups are delicious. I'm a vegetarian so I appreciate that they have at least one meatless soup every day. Their website lists the daily soup schedule. The salad bar is great, very clean, and they constantly refresh it. The staff are all very nice and friendly. For a sweet treat, they have lots of cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc to choose from. My favorite is the Oreo Rice Krispie Treat! I will definitely come back again the next time I'm in the area.

I've been here a number of times and the service isn't as good as the Wabash location. Some of the staff seem to not be into customer service, and either have no work experience or don't seem to care at all. Some of them act like they're doing you a favor, like they're too cool to be bothered with anything. For the prices they charge, it should be a better experience. The decor is okay and food not bad, but it doesn't match comparable places.
