Harold's Chicken Shack

I don't want to give any stars due to I called in for my chicken to be fresh. The lady told me 15 mins. I got there my food was ready there were 2 people waiting and 2 people ahead of me. I tole her my order, she said it's ready all I have to do is wrap it. I paid and said o.k.. Then she just kept taking orders. one person had 5 orders and then 5 behind her. I went back to her and asked because the line kept growing with people coming in. She told me I had to wait until she cleared the line. I told her that defeats the purpose of calling in. She tells me I can wait or get a refund because she's the only one there. I took the refund. I love doing business with my people, but not like that.

I love Harold's 😁but unfortunately this time they were not good 😔. I ordered a 10 piece wings. Wings after 7 pieces is $1.50 for an additional piece. They gave me 9 wings instead of 10 that I paid for. It was just a mistake, but one of the wings did not look like it needed to be cooked🤢. And 1 small sauce for 9/10 wings 🤔. By the way my gizzard meal was okay😊
