Walked in, it’s not good pizza. Usually I write like paragraphs but no. The people are super nice. Like really nice, But no. Genuine service means less than good food.

The Italian beef sandwich is beyond description. It's huge and they give you the option of dipped bread. And the staff treated me exceptionally well. If I'm ever in this airport again this will be my go to.

The pizza tasted so bad, it tasted like it was two weeks old and I had to force myself to eat it and not throw it away, I was so excited to taste chicago pizza for the first time but then again what did I expect, it was in an airport so maybe another branch would be better cause it would be fresh. The staff working there was nice though, the lady was super sweet

BIG SMILE!
The ladies* who work here are friendly, fast, efficient, and top notch! One recognized that I might be military/veteran and offered me a discount. They handled the immense crowd like pros!
The buttery crust deep dish three veggie pizza was awesome!

Based on other reviews I almost didn't eat at Reggio's. But for an airport deep dish that needs to be fast and personalised it is 5 star. Cheese, sauce and temp were perfect. The pepperoni and crust were what you would expect buying from a window. It's not Lew's or Giordano's but very well done based on setting and need. If you set your expectations there you will be good.

Actually not bad for airport pizza especially when hungry. Fair prices and fast service makes it easy to order, eat, and catch a flight.

Tried out the BBQ chicken at Terminal 3. Service wasn’t super friendly, but they made the pizza fresh and it exceeded expectations! Herbs and spices made quite a complex flavor. Definitely not a cheapo. Probably not “authentic” deep dish, but plenty good.

Good pizza for the airport - deep dish, nice crust. Not much sauce - more like cheese toppings, thick crust. If you don’t get the one that looks fresh you’re going to get lukewarm pizza at best. So if you want hot pizza pick the one that sells quickly like pepperoni or cheese. (I don’t know why people older than 12 get cheese pizza). If you want Chicago pizza you should leave the airport and go downtown.
