I have not been here in a while, at least 2-3 years. The place is bigger. That means enough room to wait. The one thing that has not changed is the wait time. If you call in you still going to wait. If you come in, and order, of course you're going to wait. So first off if you didn't place your order by phone, get in line and place your order. Then get in the other line and pay for your order. Then wait for your order. If you called in your order, stand in line to let them know you're there. Then wait for your name to be called. Then pay for your food. The food is the same delicious, and filling. The steaks sandwich with sauce, and fries with sauce are delicious. Also I remember being able to eat one sandwich all on my own. My bag was heavy so I thought they gave me the wrong order. Believe me when I got home I had a bag full of fries and a sandwich that was nicely sized. I can't eat all of this I will have to save some for later. I also picked up a extra sandwich for the hubby we'll see if he eats it. I know it's it will be too much for me to eat two sandwiches in a week. After this I'm going to need to hit the gym. Stay safe everybody you got to visit this place but be prepared to wait.

The food is GREAT! Nothing like a steak sweet with a fry with sauce. Turkey hoagy is good. I'd give it 5 stars if they would #1 accept credit and debit. It's the 21st century. Get with it. #2 If you SAY 30 minutes, MEAN 30 minutes, not an hour/hour and a half/2 hours. My family has frequented here since 1969 and will continue to do so. Problems there are fixable. Support black businesses.
