This place was pretty much the only thing on my to-do list on our roadtrip to Chch from Nelson, where there really isn't any consistent South Indian food at all. I meant to take a picture of my Mysore Masala Dosa but I ate it before I remembered. So worth it, thank you so much!

One of the best place in Christchurch to taste some amazing south Indian dishes. ( don't get me wrong, there are lot of north Indian options too)
Dosa is the must try dish here.

This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy meals.its feel like my Country India,Street foods.One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

We got the lunch deal which came with two curry’s nann and rice! The butter chicken was alright definitely not the best I’ve ever had and the same goes for the tikka masala both tasted watered down and very mild! The nann and the rice were both really good. I also go a mango lassi from them which was delicious. Personally I would go elsewhere to get Indian food as this was more expensive than much nicer restaurants that serve much better Indian food! But this is a great place for convenience as it’s quick and ready before you order!

I got the samosas and they were so good!! They do a great job and the food feels like home! I asked for 2 samosas and they gave me 3 for the same price which was a nice touch!

If you leave this place hungry you did something wrong.
We tried a few dishes including the dosa, butter chicken and naan. Everything tasted authentic, delicious and mouth watering. Just don’t wear your favourite white t-shirt as you will stain it…

I ordered Masala Dosa, parata and Kadhai chicken curry . It was the best Kadhai chicken curry ever !!! Dosas were really crispy and amazing presentation with few different chutney.
Staff was so nice and friendly too. Dosa Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in Riverside market and recommending for anyone who would love that best Indian food experience!!👍

I tried the Mysore masala dosa. The crepe's texture and flavor were impressive. However, the filling lacked depth in taste unless paired with the accompanying sauce. Overall, it's slightly above par, but I wouldn't strongly recommend it. As for the service, the cashier was notably expressive in a good way so I had a good experience.
