The team at Samairaz are soooo friendly and welcoming. The food is AMAZING. I take all my visiting friends and family here for a delicious meal, and often get take aways for myself. Highly recommended.

We went to Samairaz on our last night in Christchurch. We started our meal with prawns that were so buttery and grilled to perfection. And then we had lamb rogan josh and paneer curry with fresh-from-the-clay naans. Of all the Indian restaurants I’ve been to, this one tops the list with authentic Indian flavours. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming which made our experience even better. I would suggest food lovers in Chch to definitely visit this place!

Fantastic food, I was recommended by a colleague and they were correct. The restaurant is warm and modern and the staff were. Very welcoming and checked in during the meal that everything was ok and if we wanted any more drinks.
We will definitely be back.

The best indian restaurant I have found in Christchurch. All their food taste so authentic. Full of flavors and no dish tastes the same at all. Great portions of meat and lots of it too. Naan bread is flavorful and huge. I always get hot spicy. So good. Madras is my Favorite dish here!.

We were greeted like friends as soon as we stepped through the door. Fantastic customer service throughout our meal, which was the best curry we have had in years! The restaurant was full, so we are obviously not the only people who are thinking the same thing! Booking in advance definitely recommended
