Always have a great time here! The staff are amazing and some of the most helpful in Christchurch. The food is consistently great and drinks are made with care.
This place is run very well I’ve never had a bad time here! 10/10 would highly recommend as it’s my favourite bar by far!

We have spent many lovely hours at this beautiful rooftop bar over the long weekend, sipping bubbles and quaffing oysters, served by one of the loveliest waitstaff ever, Mia. Nothing was too difficult for her and I know that if we lived here in Christchurch, this would be our favourite bar to return to time and time again. And the mushroom croquettes are heavenly.

Great atmosphere - loved the playlist and overall space. Staff were engaging and fun, and made some great cocktail recommendations from the menu. Food was delish, especially the fried cauliflower!

Stumbling upon this rooftop treasure turned out to be an absolute delight – a perfect way to unwind while immersing in the breathtaking view and the vibrant local ambiance. The experience was all the more enhanced by the delectable offerings on the menu. The crayfish roll, a true indulgence, showcased culinary finesse, and the prawn and crab hot dogs were an unexpected yet delightful twist that satisfied the palate in every way.

We had lunch here and the food and service was amazing. Mia was our server and she did her very best to accommodate my allergies and ensure my husband and myself were very much looked after while we dined. It is very refreshing to come to a venue with the exceptional service! Great job Mia and team!

Awesome venue with fantastic views from both the exterior balcony as well as inside. Whole place was beautifully clean & tidy. We didn't eat but enjoyed a couple of drinks that weren't too pricey. Highlight of the visit would have to be the staff, in particular Mia - she was bubbly, engaging & had a bloody good sense of humor!

If you are in Christchurch you have to check out Mr. Brightside. It's a roof top bar with great views looking north/west and catches the sunset perfectly on a nice day. But we visited on a grey winter's day and it was still great. The menu grabs you right from the start - the raw section. We had oysters, ceviche and the most delicious cheese and kimchi croquettes. You can stay for the service, drinks, the view, but you HAVE to stay for the cheese and kimchi croquettes!

Loved this place when my partner and I visited last week! The ambience and the service were excellent. The cocktails were delish and the food was incredible. The venison dish and the pork belly were my absolute highlights. Highly recommend a visit to this spot to everyone 🍹💃

Met two of my favourite people and their partners for a quick drink before flying back to Auckland. Elevator was broken but the security staff kept my bag in the foyer for me which was so incredibly kind and meant I didn’t have to lug my bag up the stairs. The bartender was a genius regarding gin and made an absolutely lovely strawberry Negroni. Lovely unpretentious and good cocktails. Highly recommend.
