My family and friends meet here frequently and always enjoy the experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere with lots of regulars. Good range of snacks , breakfasts and lunches.

This store looks and feels fresh, at least for now. I love paying this joint a visit once in a while when I am passing by. And their chai lattes are top notch.

Shame they dont serve almond milk any more. I wasnt aware they did a dairy free milk alternative for free until specifically talked about it.

Good Costa that has gone from slow beginnings to a solid favourite, very often busy and the staff team now seem like veterans.
A popular and go to favourite.
Still little areas that need improvement such as a self clear but well worth the visit.

Its a new Costa, its a large shop, very bright and clean. All the staff are polite.
I have marked down this branch by one star and the food by two stars, as they rarely have the one and only (chicken & bacon) gluten free sandwich in that they offer. Also, sadly, they only have one (chocolate brownie) gluten free cake for celiacs to chose from.
To only offer one sandwich (and not all Costas even have the sandwich in) and one cake is really limiting for all Celiacs. Surely as its 2023, something can be done about this poor choice????

Sommerford Rd isnt as personal as Christchurch. Friendly staff when they are not ignoring you due to headphones. Not much of an atmosphere. However clean clear of clutter appeal and a good place for group chat.

Been a few times now and the staff are very friendly and chatty and there’s a nice atmosphere. Food and drink are exactly as you’d expect and served up well. Good work
