Skyline Chili

When in… You eat chili. Skyline might not be the OG but it is still iconic and accessible. No where you find yourself in the Queen City. Personally, noodles are my least favorite delivery method for chili to taste buds. But, icons existing for a reason. Even though the chili is a little sweet for my liking, the chili dogs are a wiener (see what I did there) and the service is great! Legends exist for a reason!

The food is almost always perfect and made quickly. My issue with this location is they installed a walk up window during renovation that has yet to be used. A sorely missed opportunity to cash in on the late night weekend crowd. Closing at 5pm makes no sense, especially with more dinner restaurants opening up on Court Street. Edit: I just came to dine in for dinner last night and was very pleased all around. I also used the new walk-up window last weekend. Suffice to say, I'm very excited about these changes. Shout out to David and the evening staff for the consistently friendly and hospitable service. Hopefully this continues to be a feasible option for the winter months, but if not, then I'll look forward to the warmer weather again with more foot traffic in the spring. I will definitely keep coming back! 😊
