I've lived in Cincinnati for 5 years and I finally made it to this place. The lobster bisque was creamy and filling and their pesto club hits different. The hours of this place are hella wack ngl, you gotta get in before 2pm but if you can make it you'll get some delish ish

Wow, 1st time at a Zoup, and we were amazed! The sampling was done in a social distancing respective manner, the food was top notch, and the locale was clean. Even if you get it as an appetizer, try the grilled cheese and tomato soup, it was excellent on a cool and windy day.

Awesome staff. Seriously great staff. Delicious food served quick. Plenty of healthy options, which include vegetarian and vegan options. I wish there was one downtown. Even our 6 year old critic loves it.

Overall great lil place for a quick bite. Even get to sample soups before you order them! Get it to go, or comfortably eat it there. Plenty of seating that is spaced out nicely. Free refills. Parking is a lil tricky if you're unfamiliar with the area, but there's a free parking lot on the back side!

I like my food zesty, and I got the cajun gumbo and the zesty chicken bacon sandwich, and was very pleasantly surprised. Great quality, tasty, and overall good service and good atmosphere. It meet all my requirements to give it a 5-star review. Very pleased

The staff here are truly extraordinary, always cheerful and efficient as they serve up a delicious variety of soup and accompaniments. I've also discovered that they are kind -- extremely kind -- since my hair fell out from chemo and made it obvious I have cancer. They are lovely people who can put a lift into the grimmest day.

Zoup has a calming ambiance. The staff are polite. Great food options for both Vegan & Meat Eater. Food/ soup options are excellent. Wait is always long. Customer service is usually good-smiling faces. A good thing about Zoup is that they are willing to let you taste the soup before purchasing. You must ask prior to ordering. This location is located in a busy part of the city close to the hospital and medical facilities and Chipotle. The parking lot is small and congested. Parking on the street if you can find a spot is an option.

The employees were very nice and helpful. They let you sample any soup you want. They have many soups to choose from as well as sourdough bread bowls and sandwiches. It's right directly across from UCMC. I will be going again!

I'm in charge of catering dinner for a group of about 100 girls every week with diets ranging from gluten free to dairy free to vegan. I ordered from Zoup and they were super accomodating to all of the dietary restrictions my group had. The staff was very helpful and kind and went out of their way to deliver me a printed receipt with another XL of soup. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. All of the girls were raving about it! Will DEFINITELY be ordering in the future and next time, will probably need more food!!

Amazing!!! My first time coming and I was treated like royalty , outstanding customer service and plus I'm sick so I wasn't feeling good. Our total for 2 came up to just $14.97 it was fresh and delicious this is a must try.
