Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I am so grateful to Jabbar Salaah and his team for accommodating such a large catering order so quickly. A few weeks ago a caterer called and cancelled our order with less than an hour until it was due. I called and Mr. Salaah answered. He listened to my short diatribe about the issue I was facing and quickly got to work making an order for 30+ people. I can't thank you guys enough for saving the conference! Thank you Mr. Salaah!!

I got a "skinny" sandwich and chili. Very tasty and filling. It was lunch time but not crowded so I was in and out quickly. Price was reasonable in this day and age. On the go so I didn't get a chance to take a pic, probably on the next go round Enjoyed it so I will be a return customer a cut above subway and jersey Mike's. Thumbs High.👍

First time for me. Just another sub shop I thought. And yeah, similar, but this sandwich has so much more flavor than you get at that other sub shop! I got the Italian with oil, pickles lettuce and Italian seasoning. It was really good, and more meat than I expected. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area and want a sandwich!

Ok so my dasher stole my order and then cancelled it himself! I'm a nurse and can't leave my unit since I'm the only one on it. I called Potbelly because I had ordered it through them and not Door Dash. They had just been alerted that it got cancelled and assured me it had been picked up and that that was probably what happened, it being stolen. The GM said he was going to remake it all for me himself and then he personally drove it over to me! Give this man a raise or a big bonus because he went out of his way as a GM. And my food was the BEST I've had from any Potbelly hands down. This location has a life customer.

My favorite sandwich is The Wreck. Delicious. Sandwiches come in 3 sizes, and I find the "skinny" (smallest size) to be quite adequate. My personal preference is their whole wheat bread, but the white is good. Usual toppings are free (lettuce, mustard, onions, tomatoes, oil, Italian spices, pickles, etc.). Extra charge for other toppings like bacon and avocado. A variety of individually portioned sized bagged chips, including spicy varieties. The chocolate milkshakes are always a big hit with my family. They also serve soups, which we have never tried. Next time, I'll get the broccoli cheese. Soda pop and iced tea are self serve and all-you-can drink. There are also specialty beverages in a separate cooler. Overall, prices are fair. Atmosphere is eclectic, based on turn of the 19th century decor. Every store always contains at least one antique pot bellied stove. Regular tables and chairs, along with some high-top tables, are adequate. No booths at this location.
