Mcalister's Deli

I called in right after I ordered a door dash to add avocado to my sandwich because the option isn’t on the app. Morgan answered the phone and said she’d take care of it. AND SHE DID! Usually when I call to add extra stuff that’s not on the app, the stores don’t care. BUT THIS STORE DID! 5 stars always. Can’t thank them enough.

The Deli was very large lot's of seating, big screen televisions, food was fresh and fast. Staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive. There were only two of us in there and the Bengals game was on. Potato salad wasn't bad not sweet did have onions what I liked the best was the fact that the manager offered to switch out the potato for another side dish if I didn't like it. Turkey sandwich was delicious. The baked potato was huge. The sweet tea was good not overly sweet. I look forward to going back to this deli to explore other delicious items on their menu. Large parking lot.

Really good, fresh food. I like to come in and order table service to skip the line. For some reason, the employees who bring out the food, just yell out the names instead of looking at the ticket for the table number. The last two times I've been there, they bring the food but not the tea. When I ask, I get the feeling that I'm putting them out. Almost seems to be starting to go downhill.

The Cashier was nice and friendly, and knew her stuff about the food we were ordering. The place looked clean and it was busy too. I got the 4 Cheese Griller, and my husband got the Grill Chicken Sub. We enjoyed our food and I washed it down with a Peach Lemonade, and my husband washed his down with a regular Lemonade. Everything was fantastic!
