Better late than never. From 3/19... Location was definitely under staffed. Which we were fine with, we weren't in a rush. Our server Luke, was amazing! Great personality and provided great customer service. He even stepped in to help a table that wasn't his when they weren't happy with their server; they thought he was the manager. We would return to this location for sure. Especially if we get to be taken care of by Luke!

The food was ok but we had a birthday party for a friend our party was 12 people and our server Luke was the best we have ever had. He was so personable and learned everyone’s name. Order was right and everyone got what they ordered. I can’t say they good was great but I will go back because of Luke.

Amber and Luke made it so that I could go home to my family for Christmas Eve, no exaggeration. At night, I somehow got a flat tire, and was able to pull over in the parking lot. I went inside to let them know I may have to have someone drive from pretty far to help me out and that that’s why the car was sitting there, but Amber immediately offered to help out because she had the tools in her car. Mind you, it is 13° outside. Fast forward half an hour, and I have my spare tire on, Amber, taking lead with Luke at her side, and me learning along the way, thankfully following directions. All the while their tables were happy, the team inside was also helping them out. I’m now able to make it home, just a little bit slower than before. I’ve always liked the restaurant, but the service went above and beyond and I’m overwhelmingly grateful…they have people with hearts of gold on their team.

Updating my review. We had a bad experience however O Charleys reached out and made it right. We went back again randomly on a weeknight and have to give props to our Server Amber! She had no idea we had a bad experience before and we said nothing until the end but the service was quick, polite and everything was great! Don't let one bad experience keep you away. They are working hard to improve their staffing issues.

Pulled in hoping to catch a sit down meal since my schedule has me eating mostly on the Go...walked in straight to the bar and grabbed a seat. Ordered the Fish & Chips. Rolls weren't ready but they brought some out as soon as they came out of the oven. I gave 4 stars for the food because the rolls were tough and the breading on the fish was thick. It was crispy but there was a lot caked on and eneded up peeling some off the fish. Over all not bad. Service was good...no complaints.

This was our first time coming here and I must say the food and service was absolutely amazing! We will most definitely be coming back when we are here again. Our server was very friendly and fun to talk with and easy to joke around with! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and tables are evenly spaced wasn't all cramped around each other. The restroom was also very clean and big.

Went there for lunch on Wednesday with my sister. The sever I believe her name was Kari gave us excellent service the food was delicious. We got a to go order also it wasn't made properly she went and got the manager who corrected immediately. I believe her name was Kym. Need more workers like them they definitely made it a great experience and we will be back.
