This is the best fast food restaurant!! I don’t have one close by me so anytime I’m heading towards Cincinnati or somewhere close by, I always get it😍😋!! My favorite is definitely the mini tacos!!

Drive thru was slow, food was cold but it seemed like only 2 people were working so that would explain alot. Prices were kind of high for the quality

I came there and was angry at first because the dine in was closed but the lady who was working in the window on 10/27/23 at 2:50 (I believe her name was Gloria) literally was so nice and kind that I will definitely be back. She definitely turned my frown upside down. She even took care of the problem with no large cups being there. Very good personality. 10/10 changed my whole perspective in a few minutes. Will be back. Please tell her she's doing a great time.

The food is not 100% my taste, but my husband was excited to get back to one. The employees were definitely excellent though! Our drive thru girl made sure we were set up with all of the condiments we were going to want for our stuff and our order was right on.

Jack In the Box in our area are a hot mess. They are almost always understaffed. It's really sad, they have some of the best churros around. The rest of their menu items are a bit hit or miss. I've heard that new ownership/ management is forthcoming. Hopefully, that'll help

I came here at around 11pm. I usually don't expect great food or service that late, but I was pleasantly surprised! There were only two people working, but the drive through guy was very nice and communicative. Chicken was a little dry, but I'm not expecting a gourmet meal near midnight. Good stuff.

Not gonna lie, jack let me down this time. Eggroll was eh, burger wasn’t great, and instead of my two tacos they gave me an $8 jumbo jack, i didn’t eat it cuz like… already had a bacon ultimate sourdough. Starting to grow tired of ya jack. Get my order right 😞

Slightly run down on the interior. All supplies like sauces, lids, etc. were empty. Employees were very friendly. The food looks nothing like the menu pics. Was decent flavor, but way overpriced! We paid $41 for 4 people with 2 drinks being water.
Also, the stalls in the female restrooms have no trash cans for feminine products, so you have to throw away near sink!

My husband had not been to one of these since the 70s and it was my first time. The manager was a small older woman who demanded respect from her crew that did not comply. She was doing her best to keep moral up and get them to work as a team all while keeping a smile on her face and basically doing it ALL. I had the breakfast combo and it was very good. My hubs got a few things but his all time favorite is the tacos. We got a bag of them to go so that he could enjoy them for a day or so. I wish there was one closer to us but it's worth the 3 hr drive. The manager on 1st shift needs a raise and a bonus for not losing it.
