Penn Station East Coast Subs

I have a feeling people don't use this location often just because it sits back where you don't notice it and everytime I go no matter the time or day it's never but 1 or 2 people eating in, however this location is great. The staff is always super friendly. Service is fast as can be considering everything is made to order. No bad experience here!! If your in the mood for an Eastchester sub and your in the area check them out!!

Food was good. Customer service was not the best. One friendly gentleman at the counter and cook. Another gentleman you could tell didn't want to be bothered or was hating life. And that's okay for a minute or two. But I work in retail, customer service. No matter what's going on in my world the customer shouldn't feel it and I surely did. Then they had a minor there, I believe. The one asked her if she was okay and from that moment until I got my food and left she complained. THEN, my husband went in a few days later and said he left with nothing as he was laughed at when he asked a question about the monthly special. Unprofessional indeed. So, food was good but they could stand to maybe coach their employees a bit. They picked food service, food service did not choose them.

I LOVE this Penn Station. I get the grilled vegetarian every time I go, and this location makes it better than all the other ones I've been to. The employees are always friendly, one time my order was taking a little longer and they gave me a free drink as an apology. It wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture! I love coming here on my lunch breaks.
