Frisch's Big Boy

i loved the attention and how everyone was helping each other and how much they were taking care of each table. this location has gotten better and better and I’m utterly impressed with how well it has ran the cleanliness and the professionalism that exist in this location. The female manager is beyond impeccable. Thank you for caring. And being so positive and helpful and very awesome with each person that I’ve seen her encounter with. I was in and noticed How festive the restaurant is for the holidays. Thank you for making my visit each time. Wonderful!!!

I went to N Bend Frisch’s last week and thought it was really good. I hadn’t been to this location in over a year but Jake, the man who waited on me, is still nothing short of considerate and charismatic. He displays professionalism with ease, empathy and his hospitality is unrivaled; Frisch’s is lucky to have him! If his goals aren’t in people leadership, at least compensate him for how integral he is! I look forward to coming back in the near future.

the breakfast bar was absolutely amazing and the staff was so nice and friendly. i am a happy guest and to see even the manager seating, cleaning tables and even doing the cashier job. every single person was busy with making sure everything and everyone was taken care of. this location has came so far in the positive direction in such a short amount of time. i took a chance on coming back to this location and i must say i am very happy with the results. i will continue to be a loyal customer; as i was prior to the downward spiral that happened to my favorite frisch’s before the mismanagement.. thanks for bringing this back to running properly !!!! congrats to all of you.

My mother and i received fresh and hot delicious food in addition the service was wonderful. We both enjoyed speaking with the female manager, she made my mother’s day special with a simple gesture of a hot fudge cake for her 88th birthday. This was very thoughtful of the general manager and an unexpected gift for my mother to return to the nursing home with and tell the staff about. i’m so grateful we chose this place to dine at.

the food was delicious and that manager named valerie was so nice and she made sure all the tables were visited and helped remove the empty plates, while she smiled and wax suggesting desserts and bringing drinks to people. the salad bar was fresh and full as that manager was taking care of too. the service was great and we will be back to this location. we pass 2 others to come to this one now that they have restructured this place. Thank you for all you’ve been doing here.
