Always a family favorite when we're in Cincinnati. Great ice cream.

Love that you went back to not having coconut oil in your peppermint ice cream! I can safely have it again. Also your staff didn't get mad when I asked if I could have it as the holiday milkshakes knowing that they would have to clean the blender first. He even double checked all ingredients to make sure nothing had coconut in it for me. This is service that I have not had at Graeter's in a long, long time.

Came in, got my mocha chocolate chip ice cream & tried the seasonal flavor. Got out quickly. Staff was pleasant. Glad they're near me 🙂

The staff is patient, courteous and does a good job getting people through the line pretty quickly. They also make some pretty good reggae recommendations. The s'mores flavor is delicious! The place was clean and I appreciated that the entire wasn't freezing inside, like with other places during the summer.

A Cincinnati favorite! A must try! The ice cream is the best I've had so far! They make it in small batches so you know it's made with care. The doughnuts are amazing! They sell cakes, cookies, and even doggie desserts. If you are in Cincinnati for the first time try something from Graeter's! You won't be disappointed!

It's nice being greeted as you come in the door. The store is well lit and most everything is right in front of you. The are friendly and helpful. The flavors are great (although I would prefer smaller chips in Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip).
