Wendy's

We waited for over 10 minutes at the drive thru to order. Initially, no staff member said anything to us until we asked to order, not even a greeting. When we asked to order, she then said we had to continue to wait because they were experiencing a shift change. I understand in this pandemic employees are hard for find but at least show good customer service. When the manager, Betty, got ready to take our order, I explained that not only was the wait long but no one said anything to us, her response was, "You only waited for 387 seconds," wow! Just rude and nasty! I won't return.

Food is decent if they can get your order right. Employees argue that you didn't order something that is clearly listed on the menu as being included with the item you ordered. About 10 visits, and I don't think there has been a single time that they didn't leave something out that was on the receipt. Probably fine if you're only ordering for one person. Really disappointed when ordering for 4 or 5.

Absolute trash. Only gave a star so I could leave a review. I was there this evening around 7pm. Only car in the drive thru. After having to repeat my order three times as loudly as possible I was rudely told to to stop yelling. Then asked to repeat my order again. So I chose to leave I pulled around to be screamed at by the employees as the hung from the windows flipping me off. Every time I have been here the service is terrible. This was the last straw for me which is why I choose to pull away. But to see that behavior is disgusting and I’m sure nothing will be done. But I’ll chose to spend my money elsewhere. This place is not worth time energy or effort.

I paid $2.99 for French fries and they were old and cold you got the nerve to lie and say they are hot and fresh. After I set in the Drive-through 45 minutes and you give me old fries that was lunch food. People don't go to this Wendy's in Norwood Ohio. In Cincinnati. They give you old and cold food

service staff very nice and informative about breakfast menu . chicken was moist not a dry breast. I have 2 because they gave me the wrong sandwich. I think I like the biscut better than the crossant. my bacon could have been better more and on the whole sandwich but I am no dissatisfied with my breakfast other than slow at the drive through .3 stars is for my lack of bacon what I wanted this am
