Riverside Bbq And Drive Thru

We decided to move our monthly meeting from my house to Riverside BBQ. About 20 of us piled into the restaurant without warning. The entire staff was welcoming and extremely accommodating for the group. They smiled the whole time creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Our food was ready quickly! I just can’t say enough about the service, atmosphere, quality, and overall experience! I highly recommend!

Never been inside the restaurant itself but been through their drive thru. They are always very pleasant, fast and polite. The lady once gave my dog free shredded chicken when I told her I usually get him chicken from Taco Bell. She told me about their food and we decided to try it, it is delicious - we were pleasantly surprised. It’s definitely a good place to eat and in a location where there is really no other option.

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich, green beans and a drink. Also came with Grippo's and slaw. I tried both spicy and the "house" BBQ, both were pretty good, however, the pork was so tender and tasty that it really didn't need sauce. I've had BBQ from every downtown and popular local place, and this is at the top. My only recommendation would be to look for another option to all the styrofoam (something that breaks down in landfills). Just a major pet peeve of mine. Drive through has a decent selection (and growing per the manager) of beers, hard seltzers, wine, etc. Order BBQ from the drive through as well (or dine-in/carry out). Gasoline, BBQ, and Beer in one stop!!! Efficient and brilliant!

We were fans of this place when they first opened years ago. Now they're back! Stopped in last month for dinner...they were out of food. That's a real good sign about the area response👍. Today we stopped in for lunch instead, lol, all food items available!! Pulled pork was spot on, brisket was good too. The star for me was the side I ordered of smoked potato salad. Potatos smoked over hickory, with bacon, egg, a ranch dressing base with some savory herbs and such thrown in. Amazing, perhaps because I've never even heard of such a thing much less tried it, so the expectation was neutral. Really good, cant wait to go back!
