Negative vibes around whether I ordered one hash brown or two. Staff seems generally frustrated with me. 5 stars to reverse vibes for this morning crew.
Update: Bruegger’s corporate cares as much as the employees that helped me at the point of purchase; they reached out and were great! Please remember that the peak time work crew that is serving your bagel are stressed. God bless them for being the ones that show up and put in an honest day of work. Awesome staff, visited a week ago and the bagel broiler went down and they were bustin butt getting everyone taking care of, and didn't use the major issue as an excuse. Love the Western Breakfast sandwich. Great work by this staff and great food!
