The store manager personally delivered the 3 pizzas and drinks and sides I ordered for my kids. Busy day and wouldn't have had much time to cook a thorough dinner. Big step up from the issues I had with this location years ago AND delivery came 18ons before the quoted time... Thank youuuuuu!

I placed the order the night before for pickup at 11:45 but the order was done at 11:22 so it sat there for 23 minutes needlessly. You shouldn't start the order until much closer to the pickup time.

I went to the Papa John's in Norwood, Ohio. I made a mistake and ordered an item on my pizza that I DON'T eat. Instead of ridiculing me and making me pay for a second pizza the Manager, Lindsey made me a brand new pizza. She never made me feel bad about the mess up. She told me it was okay and they'd handle it. She even brought the pizza out to my car. The staff at this location understands customer service. Great service and kind people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

First off i love papa johns. My job ordered us pizzas from there and we ate it for at least 4 days after and even microwaved or cold its spot on. Second i ordered tonight and it was so delicious. Full of flavor. The crust was flufy while still having crunch and the taste was so good. It was the perfect temp and the customer service was great. The only problem was it was $19.75 for small pizza and 2 liter carryout is better

The Norwood, OH location has an Amazing General Manager. We had a community event and the GM made sure that we were serviced extremely well. Excellent customer service.
