It’s Outback. What can I say? You get a decent amount of food. Is it the best steak ever? No, but it’s cooked as ordered and the sides are pretty good. It’s a fairly inexpensive meal out. The wait staff is always attentive and willing to do what it takes to give you a nice night out. So, when you just want to get out of the house and leave the cooking to someone else, Outback it is.

People who have a horrible experience are more than willing to voice their displeasure by submitting a survey to management. And I agree that a poor survey may be warranted in some cases. However, I also feel that I owe it to a server who goes out of his/her way to ensure we have an exemplary experience while visiting their restaurant. Such was the case this evening for my wife and me at the Kenwood (Cincinnati) location. In addition to a generous tip that I willingly left, I believe Marcus O. deserves to be recognized by management/corporate for his terrific performance and great attitude he displayed to us as well as EVERY OTHER table he was responsible for this evening. Great service, great attitude and we were fortunate to have been seated in his service area. Thanks, Marcus. You are special and we certainly hope you receive some sort of recognition from management/corporate for a job well done. WE SHALL RETURN! 👍
