Rally's Hamburgers

DO NOT GO TO THIS RALLYS! I was made to wait 5 minutes while the woman taking orders said she was the only person there. That was a lie, there were three others there. She spent here time laughing and joking with friends in the car ahead. They took my money angd gave no receipt. They didn't get me my food even after waiting 45 minutes. I had to leave with no food and my money gone.

came through drive thru with ONE car in front of me, place my order and was asked to pull over while my food was made hot and fresh, waited 20 minutes no order, got out my car went to window where they tried to take my order again, the fellow at window said oh we waiting on your pies, where he proceeded to give me a bag STUFFED with food none which was hot or fresh including the fries and pies, annoyed I asked for at least another bag so i can close it, he handed me four bags, the mgr came to window asking me did i get everything, i said its hard to see since i have to unpack the bag in the cold, the cheese on my burger was stiff the burger was dry and hard and to be told it was b/c my hands were cold, at that time i asked for my money back, they couldn't produce a receipt and then told me go home and call my cardholder the money was refunded but she couldn't print a receipt. after going to mc'ds got home checked account NO REFUND. Even upon accessing this website which barely worked this whole experience has left me to find another restaurant in my neighborhood to treat my family to that respects the fact I work hard for my money and if I wanted cold food and to be lied to I could've ?'d my daughter @ her school work and reached in the fridge. DISRESPECTFUL
