So slow, extremely slow, they talking each other and they don’t care about you at all… Seems like the top of the bun fell on the ground and put back… I didn’t eat it for sure…

Waiting out in the drive through now for almost 10 minutes now and no one has taken my order. It’s 5pm in a Saturday and they closed their dining room for some reason. Drive by the door and see 2 workers sitting inside on their phones. Unbelievable
Additional - The girl at the first window had airpod headphones in so she ignored me when I asked for my receipt. When I finally got my food (2 items) I drove away and my fries were missing. Went back to get them and they took another 10 Minutes to get me a small fry and those were cold (for reference those fries take about 2 minutes to make and no one else was in front of me in line). I would have done the survey if I had my receipt. I don’t expect amazing service at fast food restaurants but I do expect people to take some pride in their jobs and customer service regardless of what the job is.

Typical fast food place. Workers were unfriendly, slow and it took 20+ minutes to get my order even though there no other customers inside the store. I won't go back to this McDonald's.

On the way to work the drive thru is taking to long wanted to go in and the doors are locked no sign up will be calling corporate this has happened too many times ridiculous.

Very busy at lunch time. Usually wrapped around the drive thru into the street. Usually they never get my order wrong and food is fresh.

Because it is in a very busy location, you can expect to wait a little bit to get your food. Food is always hot and fresh, and the service is always kind

Worst place and service. Don't use a card, they stole my number charged at the Mariemont Lmist a 150.00 worth of charges, the bank stopped 9 additional. No good coming out of that place
