Mcdonald's

I would like to shout out to Lincoln at this location. If McDonald's everywhere could hire more people like him it would change the perception of the company. He is friendly and efficient. He holds the doors for costumers delivers food to cars and tables, with a tool belt of sauces straws and napkins. He truly has a hustle helping in the whole lobby and dining area and jumping right back when food needs to be ran. It was even pouring down rain while we were here and he delivered food out to each customer with no complaint and a great attitude!! After watching him for 10 minutes no one would complain about him getting 15 an hour or more, because he works hard and takes pride in his job!!

The food's gotten a lot fresher, the kids that are working there are very nice; they work hard and are always friendly & polite. My only complaint is that they really under fill the fries (guessing that's at management's orders). What's the point of asking & paying for a large size if I'm barely even getting a medium amount in the container???

Best McDonald's drive thru I've been to. Go there for my daily commute. They are always quick and never mess up my order. The food is good quality in comparison to other McDonald's locations. Most importantly, the ice cream machine is never down! Much props to the management and staff. Staff deserve a raise and a bonus

I was having a bad morning (5/10/23 @ 10:45am), so I hit the drive thru before work, and the woman taking my order completely turned my day around. She was incredibly friendly and one of the sweetest McDonald’s employees I’ve ever encountered. I even heard her interaction with the car behind me, and it was just as friendly. I wish I would’ve got her name, she deserves a raise!

I've always received great service service here. My wife Cassie used to work at this store, and she enjoyed it, and recently decided to go back. She's good at her job, so you should definitely stop by, and check this place out if you want to eat at McDonald's, cause they do a good job and she does too!

The drive through line here can get frustrating because it doesn’t move real fast all the time and you can’t escape if you get angry and want to get out of it. You’re trapped. Sometimes you want to get out of line because you don’t want to get abused by one of the mean cashiers. Mean as rattlesnakes sometimes. Particularly if you interrupt them when they are on their phone(s) and you inconvenience them by wanting to pay for your food. I know, it’s a tight labor market, but for God’s sake, make some of these girls go to charm school or something. However, The restaurant was recently remodeled and has a clean and comfortable dining room which is a little on the small side. The employees inside are kind and helpful. My order is always correct here and the food is great. The restaurant is very easy to find and there is ample parking. I was treated very politely the last time that I visited. The food came out very fast despite the fact that they were very busy. Much better alternative than Ridge Avenue. (Unless you are masochistic…….. I don’t judge).
