Very well laid out restaurant! Everything food was well prepared! Anytime pizza ran out you could hear the cooks call out new pizza! This location also has a salad bar. Really enjoyed the Mac and cheese pizza and the arcade is very cool as well! Don’t forget the Brownies!

Everything was wonderful I'd love to go back again but it's pretty far from my home I wish Cece's would put one back in Western Hills again then I would visit quite often

The pizza was fresh and the restaurant was clean. Staff were courteous to my 10 year old son, who just had to have a macaroni and cheese pizza. Will be back

This and the Fairfield location is the only CiCi’s location left in Ohio. I love this place a lot. Definitely will be coming back!

Workers are nice and clearly work hard to keep up with the constant messes I saw being made and the left by customers. Food is what you'd expect from a pizza buffet. Arcade is overpriced and requires cards. The prizes were practically the same cheap options from the gumball machines they have just as you walk in. Fun for kids, great place for a kid party/get together. I wish the buffet had been labeled and that they had more options of pizzas out at once.

I have not been to CiCi pizza in some years. I took grandkids and they really enjoyed themselves . Pretty much clean, atmosphere, friendly service and the food was good.

Was a good stop for lunch, the pizza on buffet was okay due to not be fresh. Also had a repetitive beeping/saying coming from the arcade that was very annoying. Employees didn't do anything to resolve the annoying sound from the arcade. Pricing was good for the buffet and drinks.

The kids had a great time, the lady at the register (Maria P) was so helpful, patient, kind, and answered all my questions I had concerning my food allergies. She deserves a raise!!

OMG I make it a point to come
To CiCis whenever we are in Cincinnati. Before or after, we go to Jungle Jim’s and spend way too much. But you can’t beat the deal. The pizza is great and it’s hard to find a buffet like this.

Very delicious. We went on a Tuesday and it was very empty and even then they had fresh pizzas rolling out every few minutes, a different option each time. It had been a few years since e either of us had been to cicis and this reminded us of why we should come more often. Price was good too, $23 for 2 adult buffets with drinks.
